The entire replacement only took an hour.I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly, polite, and patient manner. Communication was super pleasant, all my questions were answered calmly and clearly, and I felt very well taken care of and completely trusted the entire time.My phone is now working perfectly, like new, and as if that weren't amazing enough, they even applied a screen protector for free! 🥹✨ On top of that, the price was incredibly reasonable for top-notch service.I wholeheartedly recommend this service and am more than satisfied. My display broke while I was on vacation. I was able to discuss everything over the phone beforehand, so it could be replaced super quickly during my layover in Bad Oyenhausen.The repair costs also surprised me. So, 5 stars are well deserved.Thank you very much.

After a bumpy start, I now hold my iPad repaired and in perfect condition in my hands after 1 1/2 weeks. I must have misunderstood 24 hour service 😉. Keeping the customer updated would help extremely. Be that as it may: thank you for your work 💐

Unlike others, the nice gentleman was able to get my cell phone within 1!!! Repair hour. Others estimate a minimum of 3 days for this, which I can't do for that long because of my job. The spare part was there within a day, which the others couldn't do either. Well done and there's even foil on it. Touch/display works perfectly.I can only recommend it!Thanks for the good work

I came across a problem with a broken screen on my iPhone Xr. The work was completed in 60 minutes. We installed the original screen for 119€. There was a problem, but everything was quickly resolved. Thank you!
